We are located at 112a High Road, Beeston, NG9 2LN.
Short answer, yes.
Long answer, You must provide a government-issued photo ID for your appointment. Failure to present the original document in person upon request will result in a refusal of service.
Accompanying a minor to get a piercing:
Parents with matching surnames and legal guardians must bring valid and in date ID for themselves as well as their child.
If your child has no photographic ID a birth certificate is acceptable.
Legal guardians will need to bring legal documentation proving the guardianship of the child.
We maintain a rigorous ID policy as a crucial safeguarding measure to ensure the protection of minors. This is implemented for the well-being of both you and your child.
We accept: Passport, Driving/Provisional License, Citizenship ID, PASScard, Royal Mail digital ID.
We do NOT accept: Library cards, school ID cards, bus passes, etc.
If you are unable to provide ID when requested will result in us having to turn you away if you are a walk in, or the cancellation of your appointment and will result in the cancellation of your appointment and you will forfeit your booking fee, so please always come with some form of valid ID.
If you have any uncertainties regarding the acceptance of your ID, please contact us before making a booking to avoid disappointment.
We also do not accept photographs, photocopies, or video calls of your ID. It is essential to have the original document physically present during your appointment.

Age limits for the piercings I offer can be found here.
The ages specified indicate the youngest age at which we perform these piercings. Due to our insurance we are not able to go lower than the ages shown.
We will do no more than 3 piercings in the same sitting.
We advise waiting a minimum of 6 weeks between appointments to ensure that initial swelling and tenderness subside before proceeding with additional work, this approach promotes manageable aftercare and helps reduce the risk of infection and generally makes your healing experience a lot more nicer!
It is recommended to focus on one ear at a time when getting cartilage piercings, allowing you to have one side to comfortably sleep on. However, if we can offer this service safely with your informed consent we will.
It is preferable if you attend your appointment alone as we feel that having your full focus is best. However, if you choose to bring someone along, we offer seating in the reception area for your friends or family to sit comfortably whilst you're being pierced.
Please also note that for safety reasons, children under 18 are not allowed in the piercing room unless they are the ones getting pierced or left unattended in our studio whilst you are being pierced, this includes babies in prams.
We only pierce Septum and Daith piercings with a Circular Barbell or Ball Closure Ring. Any other piercing is not recommended to be started with a ring as this can cause complications and prolong your healing period.
If you are wanting a ring in your piercing, It's recommended to wait until your piercing is fully healed before changing over to a ring.
We do accept walk-ins whenever possible. However, we always recommend booking an appointment to ensure we can see you, as sometimes we do have to turn walk-ins away if we do not have enough time available to safely perform any of our services.
It's entirely up to you whether you want to take the risk or not!
We do not have any private parking spaces available, however we do have the City Road Car Park just around the corner, you can get 2 hours parking for just £1. (The machine only takes cash, just a heads up!)
Alternatively, there is free parking available at Tesco (a 5-minute walk from us) or at Sainsbury's (just a 3-minute walk to our studio).
Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery and aftercare sales are non-refundable and considered final.
Before any piercing, we ensure clear markings for you to verify the placement. We won't proceed without your verbal confirmation that you're content with the placement.
Under the provisions of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, refunds for services provided are not automatically guaranteed. However, if you feel that your piercing was not conducted with the expected "reasonable care and skill," you have the option to request a redo of the unsatisfactory work as outlined in Section 55 of the Consumer Rights Act. It's essential to inform us in writing within 30 days of the piercing if you are dissatisfied. Please note that your failure to adequately maintain the piercing can impact its appearance, and we may be unable to confirm if this is due to the initial piercing service.
We recommend booking in for a consultation before taking the plunge and booking straight in for your piercing so we can check out if your anatomy is suitable for the piercing you're wanting.
We are currently not looking for an apprentice, sorry! If you are wanting advise on how to become a piercer, please don't hesitate to contact us.
To book in a downsize appointment, it is required to pay a £10 fee to cover costs for PPE, cleaning supplies and disposable tools if necessary. If any disposable tools are used during your consultation or jewellery change, we’ll ask if you’d like to keep them! Otherwise, they will be disposed of.
The cost for a new, shorter bar for your piercing is £10 per piercing, which will need to be paid for at the end of your appointment.
If you are wanting upgrade jewellery, this will also need to be paid for at the end of your appointment.
If you can't find availability, it may be because the date is fully booked, we're closed, or it's not yet open for booking.
Please note that our booking system allows you to book up to 30 days in advance. If you're trying to book beyond that timeframe, it might not be available yet. While we cannot guarantee availability for dates beyond the 30-day window, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you further.
Short answer, nope.
Long answer, for insurance purposes, it's vital for us to know the origin of our jewellery. We only use brand new jewellery from trusted suppliers, enabling us to verify the materials used.
Jewellery brought in by customers often contains mystery metals, which we cannot source, and most "costume jewellery" bought from retail stores typically contains low-quality materials.
Installing such jewellery could lead to irritation or infection, for which we could be held responsible. Additionally, "costume jewellery" is not recommended for long-term wear, whereas our jewellery is designed for durability and safe, prolonged use.
Anything bought online or from another studio, sorry, we can't install the jewellery for you - even in healed piercings.
We do not offer any sort of numbing for any piercing and we strongly advise against attempting any self-administered numbing methods at home before your appointment.
We understand that piercings aren't exactly the most comfortable thing, but we promise that it will be over with before you know it.
Plus, the most common thing I hear from our clients is that it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be.
If you have applied numbing cream before your appointment, this will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will forfeit your booking fee.
We currently do not offer any piercings under the belt, sorry!
We are however more than willing to recommend reputable piercers near you that can do these for you safely, please contact us for more info. We know some incredibly talented piercers who specialise in these type of piercings.
Of course!
Our help is not just limited to people who have been pierced by us previously.
Feel free to book in for a consultation with us and we can have a chat about your piercing and check everything out with you.
We are unable to perform any new piercings if you are currently pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant. This policy is in place because piercings are voluntary procedures that carry a risk of infection. Our insurance regulations prohibit us from knowingly piercing individuals who are pregnant.
In accordance with our insurance regulations, we are unable to perform piercings on individuals who are currently breastfeeding. However, if you have discontinued breastfeeding, we can proceed with the piercing. If you are considering a nipple piercing, we recommend waiting for a period of 6 months after discontinuing breastfeeding to allow your nipple to stabilize, as breastfeeding can alter the size and shape of the nipple.
It is advisable to wait for a minimum of 12 months to ensure proper scar maturation before considering a piercing in or near a surgical site. While your doctor might grant clearance earlier, it's important to understand that scar maturation typically requires at least 12 months.
We neither perform nor endorse piercing procedures on areas containing filler, such as the lips or cheeks. Attempting to pierce these areas can lead to issues like filler seepage, rejection, and an increased risk of infection, as foreign substances can spread through internal tissues. We suggest waiting until the filler naturally dissolves, getting your desired piercing, allowing it to heal completely, and then resuming filler treatments if desired.
