We recommend reading our full Booking Terms as they include crucial details that will impact your appointment if not followed. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the cancellation of your appointment and you will forfeit your booking fee.
The key things to know before your appointment:
PLEASE BRING
PHOTO ID
Valid physical photo ID may be required for all appointments, regardless of age.
BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.
FEELING UNWELL?
Let us know before your appointment and we'll be happy to reschedule.
UNDER 16S
Available by appointment only.
Anyone under 16 must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
Valid physical photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and child.
Parents with a different surname to their child must also bring a birth certificate.
Legal guardians must provide proof of guardianship.
A birth certificate may be used if the child does not have photographic ID.
We carry out strict ID checks to comply with our safeguarding policy.
PRICING
All piercing prices include the piercing procedure and our standard Implant Grade Titanium or Niobium jewellery. Jewellery upgrades are available from £10 and can be added during your appointment.
CONSULTATIONS & JEWELLERY CHANGES
Consultations, jewellery changes and downsizing appointments are £10. This covers PPE, cleaning supplies and any disposable tools required. Jewellery is not included.
PAYMENT
Any additional purchases, including jewellery upgrades, aftercare products and piercing cushions, can be paid for at the end of your appointment.
JEWELLERY POLICY
For insurance and safety reasons, we cannot use jewellery brought in by clients for fresh or healed piercings, including jewellery changes. All jewellery is provided and fitted by us during your appointment to ensure it is safe, suitable, and correctly fitted for your piercing.
EAT BEFOREHAND
Please eat before your appointment to help reduce the chance of feeling faint.
CHILDREN
Children under 16 may only attend if they are the one being pierced.

GROUPS
Please bring no more than two guests with you to your appointment. Due to limited space, all guests will be asked to wait in the reception area.
