Returns Policy
All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please make sure the items you order are the correct thread type, gauge, length and/or colour before ordering. Exchanges are only accepted for items that are faulty or have a confirmed manufacturer defect.
Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. This policy does not cover damage caused by mistreatment, misuse or the loss of jewellery.
In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, responsibility lies with the manufacturer and not Seek Piercing. Repairs may be available in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy, although repair charges may apply.
Any delivery costs associated with sending items for repair are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Seek Piercing.
